Job Title: Wellness Assistant (Wellness Centre)

Location: No 16， Jalan Gasing, Petaling Jaya
Employment Type: Full-Time

No experience are welcome too.

Mandarin speaker only

Working hours-9 to 6pm (Mon-Friday), Sat-9 to 3pm

Job Overview

We are seeking a Wellness Assistant to support and deliver holistic wellness services focused on detoxification, stress management, anti-aging, and overall well-being. This role involves assisting clients with spa-based therapies, wellness treatments, and customer engagement in a professional and caring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and guide clients in wellness treatments including:

  • Foot spa & detox therapies

  • Sauna and body detox programs

  • IV Drip / wellness drip support (non-clinical assistance, as per SOP)

  • Spa and relaxation therapies

• Educate clients on detox, stress management, anti-aging, and wellness programs

• Ensure proper setup, hygiene, and maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment

• Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships

• Support sales of wellness packages, memberships, and add-on treatments

• Follow centre SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

• Assist with appointment scheduling and basic administrative tasks when required

Requirements

• Experience in wellness centre, spa, beauty, healthcare, or customer service is an advantage

• Strong interest in detox, wellness, stress management, and anti-aging

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Pleasant, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality

• Willingness to learn wellness protocols and treatment procedures

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Mandarin Speaker
