Overview Of Responsibilities
- Perform welding operations according to plans, drawings, and process requirements.
- Ensure that production dispatch orders are completed as scheduled.
Responsibilities And Work Assignments
- Welding Operations: Responsible for welding operations according to design drawings and process requirements.
- Equipment and Material Inspection: Check the condition of welding materials and equipment to ensure their normal operation.
- Teamwork and Communication: Participate in teamwork, actively coordinate and communicate with other positions; ensure the smooth flow of production activities in the sheet metal workshop.
- Quality Control and Equipment Maintenance: Check welding results to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications; maintain, repair, and service welding equipment and tools.
- Work Area Preparation and Cleanliness: Prepare and clean up the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Technical Improvement and Training: Actively participate in the improvement and optimization of welding technology; participate in training and learning to improve skills.
Work Collaborative Relationships
Internal Coordination: Rework team, Warehouse, Surface treatment group.
External Coordination: Not involved.
Appointment Qualifications
- Educational Level: High school and above (technical school, vocational secondary school preferred)
- Professional Qualification: Possess a qualification certificate for welding positions
- Work Experience: More than 1 year of operating experience in welding positions
- Knowledge/Skills: Familiar with welding equipment and operation technology; Rich welding experience; Familiar with mechanical drawing
- Appraisal Indicators:
- The completion rate of the order plan is ≥90%
- The one-time inspection pass rate of the product is 90%
- No unqualified matters in on-site 6S activities
- No safety accidents occur every month
- Daily spot inspection and maintenance of equipment without omissions
- Job skills 100% meet the standard
