Responsibilities

Execute the work instructions of department manager and warehouse supervisor and report to them.

Responsible for supervising the implementation of the warehouse management system, and specifically arranging and promoting the storage, handling and 7S work of the warehouse.

Follow up the progress of the warehouse keeper's work and check the completion of daily work;

Lead the warehouse keeper to carry out the 10-prevention work of the warehouse, implement the access control work, and ensure the safety of warehouse materials and other aspects.

Provide feedback on various exceptions that occur in the daily work of the warehouse and propose your own methods to handle the exceptions;

Spot check the warehouse keeper's account card work, and organize the warehouse keeper to carry out dynamic, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory work to keep the account cards consistent.

Monitor the warehouse keeper’s material delivery method and check the implementation of the “static protection” and “first in, first out” systems.

Maintain the warehouse work site and work discipline, and prevent violations of rules and regulations.

Assist warehouse supervisor in handling other tasks.
