Job summary

Job description

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Lead and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with safety procedures.

Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and periodic stocktakes.

Ensure all Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions are accurately recorded.

Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery schedules.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Prepare warehouse and inventory reports for management review.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational guidelines, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and team supervision.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast‑paced retail or distribution environment.
