Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with warehouse management systems are essential for this role.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure smooth operation flow for bonded and non-bonded warehouse processes in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate stock movement within the warehouse and regional distribution centers.
• Lead and guide warehouse staff to achieve operational targets and maintain safety standards.
• Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare operational reports and support audits when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operation flows, including bonded and non-bonded processes.
• Understanding of bonded and non-bonded customs flow.
• Exposure to regional distribution center operations is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Must be willing to work at Shah Alam, Selangor.
