The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of warehouse experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include supervising all warehouse activities, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing staff performance. Forklift certification is preferred, and bilingual skills are an advantage.

Job Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, picking & packing, inventory control, and distribution of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products. This role ensures efficient workflow, accurate inventory, and compliance with company standards while leading a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipment of materials and products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Manage material movement, kitting, and production floor configuration.
• Monitor and report on process improvements within warehouse operations.
• Verify quantities of incoming/outgoing goods and prepare shipping documents.
• Organize workloads, cross-train team members, and conduct team meetings.
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping, 5S compliance, and equipment maintenance.
• Supervise staff: hiring, performance appraisals, training, and employee relations.
• Hands‑on support on the warehouse floor; may operate forklift/reach‑truck.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ warehouse experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of warehouse/distribution systems and international shipping processes.
• Ability to lift 5–40 pounds.
• STPM or Diploma; forklift/reach‑truck certification preferred.

Preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Bilingual (English and local language) is an advantage.
