Responsibilities

• Operational Management:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Inventory Control:
  • Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records of inventory.
• Staff Supervision:
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance.
  • Schedule shifts and allocate tasks to meet workload demands.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure proper handling of equipment and materials.
  • Address any safety concerns promptly and ensure compliance with OSHA or local regulations.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations.
