Job summary

A logistics company in Kajang is seeking a responsible and hardworking Warehouse Assistant/Storekeeper. The ideal candidate will manage inventory control, prepare goods for delivery, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and assist in loading and unloading tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Prior experience in warehousing is a plus, and proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous. Qualifications

• Prior warehouse/storekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work involving Halal and Non-Halal products.
• Forklift license/certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in speaking Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle inventory control, including stock-in and stock-out processes.
• Prepare finished goods and perform picking & packing according to Invoice/Delivery Order.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory records at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Follow the FIFO stock rotation system.
• Check incoming goods for correct quantity and condition.
• Assist with daily warehouse duties such as wrapping, sealing, labeling, and housekeeping tasks.
• Manage loading and unloading of goods.
• Assist in stock-taking and perform other ad-hoc warehouse duties.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and support timely delivery of merchandise.
