A logistics company is looking for a Warehouse Operation Manager/Assistant Manager in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will lead the logistics and warehouse operations, manage operational KPIs, and implement process improvements. Applicants should have 5-8 years of management experience in logistics and hold a relevant degree. The position offers a salary up to RM11,000 plus bonuses and benefits, with working hours from Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations to achieve operational KPIs and service standards.
Oversee operational P&L, establish strong business controls, and drive cost optimization and revenue improvement initiatives.
Define departmental structure, roles, and manpower planning while leading performance management, training, and staff development.
Collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient inbound and outbound material flow, compliance with policies and procedures, and high service reliability.
Drive Lean Warehousing practices, quality management systems, continuous process improvement, and productivity enhancement across the operation.
Ensure a safe working environment, administer company policies, and maintain consistent delivery against customer metrics including cost, quality, service level, and supplier performance.
Regularly review performance expectations with the leadership team and foster strong customer relationships.
Requirement :
At least 5-8 years of experience in logistics operations management providing overall direction, implementation, and continuous improvement in all phases of logistics solutions.
Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience in the logistics field.
Proven transportation /logistics / supply chain management knowledge
In depth knowledge of international transportation, with regional emphasis/expertise
Good working knowledge of the following operations areas – domestic distribution, warehouse management, inventory planning, transportation management and logistics execution systems.
