Job Responsibilities

• Managing the warehouse in line with the companys standards.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements
• Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
• Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, manage warehouse job and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Motivating and disciplining staff

Job Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields.
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager.
• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
