Job description
Responsibilities
  • Manage a large team and oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
  • Plan activities, coordinate schedules, and maintain accurate operational reports.
  • Liaise with quality control to ensure products meet standards and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise inbound and outbound shipment activities to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Optimize logistics routing to reduce lead time and freight costs.
  • Monitor premium freight and validate freight invoices for timely payment.
  • Manage third-party logistics (3PL) outsourcing and monitor warehouse performance.
  • Ensure efficient space utilization and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Maintain warehouse infrastructure and implement 5S management.
  • Support APAC and global logistics teams as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics management or third-party warehouse handling.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics requirements and ability to implement strategies.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills; proactive and results‑oriented.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal in English).
  • Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Familiarity with 5S management, warehouse safety standards, freight cost control, and logistics optimization.
