Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in warehouse or inventory work.
• Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Physically fit and able to handle loading/unloading tasks.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Execute data entry of purchase invoices and sales invoices.
• Execute data entry of stock movements in the warehouse.
• Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents.
• Keep data, records, and reports up to date.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Skills

Experience in warehouse or inventory work

Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Physically fit for loading/unloading tasks

Ability to read and follow delivery orders

Effective communication skills
