Job summary

A Malaysian food company in Klang City is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily operations in their Finished Goods Warehouse. The candidate will oversee receiving, storing, and shipping of goods while ensuring inventory accuracy. Job description

Oversee daily Finished Good Warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.

Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation processes.

Optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and efficiency.

Develop and implement warehouse procedures and guidelines to improve operational effectiveness.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and resolve any issues related to inventory availability or shipment delays.

Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.

Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to warehouse operations.

Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.

Handle all related audits matters.

Any other relevant tasks or duties as assigned by HOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diplomain any discipline

Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations at supervisory level

Experience in managing ASRS & cold room logistic, and commercial networking is added advantage.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in warehouse operations.

Willing to be based in Pulau Indah, Selangor
