A leading logistics company in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure on-time material issuance. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Logistics or related field and 2–3 years of experience in warehouse management. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records at all times.
Perform regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Ensure on-time and error-free issuance of materials to the Production Department.
Coordinate closely with production planners and supervisors to meet daily requirements.
Monitor, prepare, and stage materials to support smooth production flow.
Oversee smooth and efficient daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and storage of materials according to SOP.
Implement good housekeeping to maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment.
Reduce non-conformances related to warehouse handling through proper compliance, training, and continuous improvement.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials, finished goods, and rejected items.
Report and investigate non-conformance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Ensure the warehouse complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and audit requirements (internal & external).
Enforce safe work practices and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Support audit preparations and ensure all warehouse documentation is properly maintained.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports as required.
