Responsibilities

• Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all items received.
• Assist in updating GRN for invoice matching and stock levels.
• Ensure effective expiry management and accurate records.

Job description

To prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) for all items received and record goods details accurately in the warehouse or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for audit and tracking purposes.

To assist in updating Goods Received Note (GRN) information for invoice matching, and to update stock levels and shortage notifications to the Purchasing Department for timely replenishment.

To assist in updating the system in accordance with FIFO principles, perform batch tracking, and ensure effective expiry management to maintain accurate and reliable system records.

To assist in handling return-to-supplier and replacement processes by preparing the necessary documentation and coordinating the required arrangements.

To key in warehouse transfer orders into the system and assist with data entry tasks, including stock count variance updates and basic warehouse planning entries, to ensure accurate inventory records and smooth warehouse operations.

To maintain accurate and well-organized documentation, ensuring stock cards for both incoming and outgoing goods are correctly recorded and labels are properly updated monthly to support internal and external (ISO) audits.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM qualification.

Basic computer literacy is required.
