Warehouse Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. The position will need to supervise warehouse staffs, optimize workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory control.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and sales teams.
  • Coordinate loading/unloading activities and transport logistics.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance.
  • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
  • Provide support in resolving team conflicts and performance issues.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory checks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Oversee proper handling and storage of goods, especially hazardous or fragile items.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and assist in implementing best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean warehouse strategies.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 4 years & above of warehouse/logistics experience, including at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or executive-level role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and any Warehouse or Inventory management system.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Forklift license or certification is an advantage.
