Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing spare parts daily, update information in the system, and sort parts.
- Perform general logistics activities, including inventory control, receiving, inspecting, and storing goods.
- Check condition of parts and apply warranty stickers.
- Inspect return parts, take photos, perform bookkeeping, and maintain photos for future reference.
- Seek approval for customer-induced damaged parts.
- Manage parts aging and ensure parts are returned by engineers in a timely manner.
- Liaise with logistic partners for parts return collections.
- Monitor buffer parts requests from the admin/engineer team.
- Track loaner units.
- Participate in stock takes from time to time.
- Prepare weekly reports.
- Assist with delivery of goods occasionally.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Candidates who are able to start within short notice are preferred.
- Familiar with MS Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook) - is a must.
- Able to carry heavy parts from time to time.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Please note that the role starts off as a 1 year contractual role with potential to convert to permanent staff.
