A healthcare solutions provider in Penang is looking for a dedicated individual to manage online orders and stock. Responsibilities include checking invoices, monitoring returns, and coordinating order fulfillment. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related Science field and is open to fresh graduates with training provided. Ideal candidates will have great interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude to work independently.
⦁ Check and verify invoices for online orders using Dynamod system
⦁ Ensure accuracy of order details, quantities, and pricing
⦁ Generate and double-check waybills before shipment
2. Returns & Damage Claims
⦁ Monitor and process returned parcels
⦁ Log, document, and report damaged items for internal tracking and follow-up
3. Stock Management & Control
⦁ Update stock quantities across all online platforms
⦁ Perform stock take, invoice matching, and return reconciliation
⦁ Ensure system stock levels are accurate to prevent overselling
4. Daily Order Management & Fulfilment
⦁ Manage and process daily customer orders across all online platforms
⦁ Coordinate end-to-end order fulfilment, from order confirmation to packing and dispatch
⦁ Generate and verify waybills to ensure correct shipment details
⦁ Ensure orders are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with company SOPs
Requirement:
* Bachelor’s degree in any related Science fields.
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — full training will be provided.
* Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
* Good interpersonal skills with a positive, self-driven attitude.
