A leading Asian bank in Kuala Lumpur seeks a detail-oriented candidate for a Data Analytics role in Wholesale Banking. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in data modeling and python programming. Responsibilities include providing timely Management Information System (MIS) reports and supporting AML/Risk data requests. This position requires strong skills in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools, along with excellent analytical capabilities and a commitment to teamwork.

We would like to seek a detail‑oriented candidate, with strong analytical and python programming skills to join the Wholesale Banking (WB) Portfolio Management, Data Analytic unit.
The Data Analytics (DA) role is responsible for providing Management Information System (MIS) reports to support the following areas:
Prioritize and provide timely support on AML/Risk Assurance related data requests.
Provide enterprise AML data initiative support and adopt best practice from Group, for example Support data requests related to AML 2.0 uplift to support project risk evaluation and AML dashboard enhancement.
Development of statistics to support Online Fraud Monitoring.
