Requirement
- 1–2 years of experience in photo editing, retouching, or a related creative role
- Proficiency in basic photo editing and graphic design tools such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
- Ability to handle large volumes of photos efficiently while meeting deadlines
- Good attention to detail and consistency in visual output
- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
Responsibility
1) Photo Editing & Delivery
- Sort, arrange, and upload RAW and JPG photo files to the studio drive according to workflow standards
- Edit and retouch photos for client delivery, ensuring high visual quality, consistency, and brand style
- Perform color correction, exposure adjustment, skin retouching, background cleanup, and basic compositing
- Prepare, export, and deliver final photo files according to studio specifications and timelines
2) Video Editing & Visual Content
- Edit short‑form video content such as Instagram Reels, studio highlights, behind‑the‑scenes clips, and simple promotional videos
- Apply basic color grading, trimming, transitions, and captions where needed
3) Workflow & Coordination
- Liaise with the printing department to ensure accurate and timely production of final products (albums, prints, frames, etc.)
- Organize and manage photo and video assets systematically for easy retrieval
- Collaborate closely with photographers and the marketing team on image selection and visual content
4) On‑site & Team Support
- Provide basic on‑site support during photoshoots when required (e.g., assisting photographers, simple setup, or workflow coordination)
- Support studio operations to ensure smooth post‑production and client delivery processes
