HerbaLine Global Wellness Group – Kota Kemuning, Selangor

The Videographer cum Digital Content Creator is responsible for end-to-end short-form video content production to drive TikTok growth, affiliate performance, product launches, and live commerce initiatives. This role plays a key commercial function by delivering a consistent pipeline of high-quality, high-performing video content across TikTok, marketplaces, and affiliate channels, directly supporting revenue growth, brand visibility, and campaign scalability through performance-driven storytelling.

Job Responsibilities
  • (a) Content Production
    • Shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, Shopee Video, and paid ads.
    • Produce product demonstrations, skincare routines, before-and-after content, UGC-style videos, and live-stream supporting assets.
    • Manage in-house filming setup including lighting, framing, audio, and basic set styling.
    • Maintain consistent visual quality, brand tone, and production standards.
  • (b) Creative Execution
    • Translate campaign briefs into engaging and conversion-focused video concepts.
    • Rapidly adapt content based on performance feedback, platform trends, and testing results.
    • Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form assets to maximise content output.
  • (c) Cross-Functional & External Collaboration
    • Work closely with UX/UI Designer to align visuals with brand guidelines and campaign layouts.
    • Support affiliate partners by producing creator-ready templates, scripts, and visual assets.
    • Assist with livestream setup, content planning, and on-site execution when required.
  • (d) Performance Support
    • Track basic content performance metrics such as views, watch time, engagement, and CTR.
    • Optimise content formats and storytelling based on analytics feedback.
    • Support ad-hoc content requests from management and department heads.
Job Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in videography, content creation, or related roles.
  • Strong video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • Comfortable with mobile and mirrorless camera shooting setups.
  • Good understanding of TikTok trends, short-form storytelling, and AI content tools.
  • Basic knowledge of lighting, framing, and audio setup.
  • Bonus: Experience in livestream production or live commerce content.
