Job description

PRODUCTION

Sets up the gears and equipment as well as prepares the shooting location based on planning to ensure the filming conditions are met.

Operates the gears correctly at the desired angle to ensure the pre-planned framing is acquired.

Direct and coach the talent to adapt to the scenario of each scene based on storyline requirement.

POST-PRODUCTION

Edits and produces appropriate video content by compiling footages, designing and applying graphic elements, recording sound from conception stage to final output.

Plans and designs the best possible sound/music that fits the production as well as balances and adjusts sound level of all sources such as reduces the background noise as needed.

Produces appealing graphic elements into animation and motion graphics to creates appealing content in order to capture attention and drive traffic.

Refines video by color grading and synthesize favorable animation and special effects to acquire the mood of specific scene.

Other responsibilities

Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Assist in any internal/external projects that involved video recording such as grand opening, live streaming, event, product featuring etc.

Returns the gear properly in the designated space after usage as well as make sure they are kept in cool and dry conditions.

Requirements

Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, Mass Communication/Creative Multimedia or equivalent

Familiar with the technical knowledge in the entirety of video production, from pre-production to post-production

Experienced in video shooting technique and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.

Having good senses and creative in video framing as well as timing and graphic awareness

Possess knowledge in illustration, photography and animation

Exploring fresh content concepts in content creation

Possess knowledge to operate the gears and equipment such as camera, sound recorder, lighting set etc.

Coordinate and liaise with respective department to generate ideas on video content

Competent in execute projects efficiently and deliver as scheduled

Able to work independently, as well as part of the team to establish project deliverables
