Responsibilities:

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, product promotions, interviews, events, and internal communications.

Operate and maintain video, audio, lighting, and camera equipment to ensure high production quality.

Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to develop compelling visual stories that engage and convert audiences.

Edit raw footage into polished videos with appropriate transitions, effects, subtitles, and sound enhancements.

Organize and manage video assets, maintaining an efficient file management system.

Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and meets project deadlines.

Stay up to date with video trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve output quality and creativity.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Video production, Videography, or any similar field.

Experience in marketing, videography or content editing.

Important - Proficiency in mobile video editing tools (e.g., InShot, CapCut, After effects, Adobe Premier Pro) and desktop software (optional).

Experience uploading content to various content management systems.

Demonstrated excellence in proofreading, and video editing.

Excellent organizational, and time management skills.

Experience in SEO and content optimization for search engines.

Great listening and communication skills.

The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
