If you love conceptualizing, planning, shooting, and editing short‑form videos for social media, staying ahead of trends, and creating content that resonates, this role is perfect for you.

You’ll work closely with our Social Media Lead to craft video content that engages audiences across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and beyond.

What You’ll Do
  • Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit short‑form videos that tell compelling, health‑focused stories.
  • Plan video content for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience engagement goals.
  • Optimize videos for different platforms, tailoring each piece to platform‑specific guidelines and audience behaviors.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Lead to transform creative ideas into dynamic video campaigns.
  • Design supporting static visuals for social media posts, ads, and websites (secondary responsibility).
  • Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and video content best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring all video content is delivered on schedule and meets quality standards.
  • Travel within the Klang Valley, Singapore, or the Philippines for shoots or collaboration sessions when required (own transport is a plus).
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Film, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in video content creation, production, or multimedia, with a portfolio that demonstrates video storytelling.
  • Hands‑on experience with video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and best practices for short‑form content.
  • Strong creative eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and camera work.
  • Proficient in basic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (for secondary static assets).
  • Excellent time management and project coordination skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, livestream setups, lighting, or audio equipment.
  • Familiarity with WordPress/CMS platforms and responsive design is an advantage.
