A healthcare management company in Kuala Lumpur seeks a senior leader to oversee hospital operations. Responsibilities include managing clinical and non-clinical services, developing strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Candidates should have a degree in a medical field and 15–20 years of experience in healthcare operations, with strong leadership and people-management skills. This role aims to enhance patient experience and improve operational efficiency across hospitals.
Lead and oversee operations in all hospitals to ensure that clinical and non-clinical services run efficiently and effectively.
Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives with the objective of improving operational efficiency, patient outcomes and business growth.
To assist the Medical Director with the license application from CKAPs, in all regulatory aspects, ensuring adherence to national and later international healthcare regulations, standards and accreditation requirements.
Lead the development, implementation and management of the Quality and Performance Management System.
Lead the facility management team.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans, monitor KPIs and ensure each cluster/hospital meets and exceeds its goals.
Collaborate with HR and others to ensure clinical and non-clinical staffing levels are appropriate, especially with respect to regulations and applicable laws, and that the teams are trained, motivated and aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
Focus on enhancing patient experience through operational improvements and service excellence.
