Responsibilities

• Review initial financing applications, re-applications, gather appropriate documentations & information
• Verify the applicant credit history, calculating repayment risk
• Justify every financing decision against the business objective, and to ensure that all approval / rejections falls within the established financing guidelines.
• Ensure all daily departments activities which cover financing applications and approval process of Bank Rakyat's residential and non-residential are performed in accordance to its credit operations are within the structural conditions of the industry.
• Develop an acceptable level of work optimization in relation to the Bank's retail assets based on the business decision.
• Ensure that each duty and responsibilities of the department's personnel has been performed with integrity, compliance and well plan manner.
