• Proven experience managing both direct and indirect manufacturing teams.

• Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment and operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Value Stream Assembly and Factory Acceptance Test activities.
• Create a safe work environment by integrating ESH standards.
• Track and monitor manufacturing KPIs and production objectives.
• Oversee production workflows to ensure delivery commitments.
• Drive process efficiency initiatives to optimize workflows.
