Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design and enhance user experiences across our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering intuitive interfaces, conducting design enhancements, and providing consultation on improving user journeys. Beyond product design, you’ll also support brand-related initiatives such as marketing visuals, branding guidelines, and logo design.

Responsibilities

• Web & Mobile Application Design: Create user-centric designs for digital products, ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency across platforms.
• UX Consultation: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze user needs, propose design improvements, and enhance overall digital experience.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• UI Design: Create polished, high-quality interfaces using Figma and other modern design tools.
• Brand & Visual Design: Contribute to branding initiatives, including the creation of brand guidelines, logos, and marketing collaterals (e.g., EDMs, banners, and social media assets).
• Design Documentation: Maintain and organize design systems, UI libraries, and consistent style guides across all projects.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design handoff and implementation.
• HTML Knowledge: Apply basic HTML understanding to ensure design feasibility and support responsive implementation discussions.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science/ IT or in Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with exposure to both web and mobile app projects.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or equivalent tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design skills, wireframes, and user workflows.
• Experience creating or maintaining brand identity and design guidelines is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and understanding of front-end principles.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable providing design consultation and recommendations.

Good to Have

• Experience in Healthcare related mobile applications and systems.
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
