🔥 Key Responsibilities: Your Core Mission

You will champion the voice of the user and ensure the platform is intuitive and effective:

• User Research & Data: Plan and conduct various user research activities (e.g., usability testing, surveys, interviews) to uncover key user needs and pain points.

• Analysis & Insights: Analyze quantitative data (e.g., web analytics, A/B testing results) and qualitative data to generate deep, actionable insights on user behavior.

• Design Recommendations: Translate research findings and analytical insights into clear, prioritized recommendations for UX/UI improvements, feature enhancements, and product strategy.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to define feature requirements and collaborate with Designers and Engineers to ensure the final implementation meets user expectations.

• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for user personas, journey maps, and research findings to guide the product development team.

• Testing Support: Assist in developing and evaluating prototypes, wireframes, and design concepts based on user feedback and data.
