Position Overview

Step into a role where design shapes real-world outcomes. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive, efficient, and visually refined digital experiences. Your mission is to translate complex workflows into clear, user-friendly interfaces that help users work better, faster, and with confidence.

Working closely with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders, you will own the end-to-end design process—from understanding user needs to delivering polished, production-ready designs. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design fundamentals with practical problem-solving and can work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• User Experience Design – Research, design, and refine user journeys, flows, and interactions to create intuitive and efficient experiences for users.
• User Interface Design – Create clean, consistent, and visually appealing interfaces that align with product goals and usability best practices.
• Design Systems & Consistency – Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency across the product.
• Collaboration & Ownership – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, propose design solutions, and see designs through from concept to implementation.
• Prototyping & Validation – Build wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and validate concepts early.
• Usability & Accessibility – Apply usability principles and accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive and user-friendly designs.
• Design Handoff & Support – Prepare clear design specifications and assets for engineering teams, and support implementation to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Iteration & Improvement – Gather feedback from users and internal teams, continuously iterating and improving designs based on insights and data.
• Professional Growth – Stay current with design trends, tools, and methodologies, contributing ideas to improve product quality and team practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving product needs

Must-Have Skills

Design Fundamentals

• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
• Solid visual design skills, including layout, typography, and colour usage

User-Centric Design
