The Role

We are seeking a highly proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our senior consultants to deliver impeccable corporate secretarial services to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Prepare and lodge statutory documents and forms with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) and other relevant bodies.
  • Assist in maintaining statutory registers and records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Help organise and prepare documentation for client meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.
  • Liaise with clients, government agencies, and professional firms in a professional manner.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all compliance deadlines and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and organise client files and databases efficiently.
Requirements
  • Must possess a Degree or Diploma in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Secretarial, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a company secretarial role or a similar field.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (required to service Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Strong organisational skills and an impeccable eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of dedicated company secretarial software will be a distinct advantage.
