A leading customer service provider in Malaysia is urgently seeking a Customer Service Executive specializing in the airline industry. This role requires handling customer calls, providing exceptional service, and establishing strong relationships. Candidates must have at least SPM, strong English skills, and a customer-oriented attitude. Comprehensive training, competitive incentives, and health coverage are among the benefits offered. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers via various channels.
Provide professional and knowledgeable service while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Establish strong customer relations with internal and external customers
Complete data input with a high level of speed and accuracy
Ensure department and individual goals are consistently met
Other duties assigned by company leadership
Job requirements:
Candidate must possess at least an SPM and above.
Strong English language skills (Written and spoken)
Have a customer-oriented attitude
Adaptable to changing priorities and able to handle situations with empathy, integrity and sincerity
Able to work 24 hour rotational shift and on weekends.
Minimum 6 months of Customer Service/Airline experience in contact center will be an advantage
