URGENT HIRING - Senior Executive, Credit Management [Up to RM6k | PJ] - P9

Evaluate and approve hire purchase (HP) loan applications (more than RM100k) in accordance with credit policies and underwriting guidelines.

Review customer income documents, bank statements, CCRIS/CTOS reports, and supporting documents.

Perform independent credit assessments and recommend approval, rejection, or conditional approvals.

Provide guidance to dealers and internal teams on credit requirements and documentation standards.

To attend ad-hoc request as and when required.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in Business / Finance / Banking or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in credit decision with delegated authority to approve.
• Ability to lead a small team of junior credit executives.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong track record in credit assessment and evaluation.
