The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales and rental targets, managing an assigned territory, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong customer engagement, proactive prospecting, and strict adherence to company policies and standards.

Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Performance
- Achieve the minimum monthly order intake to meet sales, top-line revenue, and gross profit targets.
- Meet the agreed KPI model mix target as set by the Sales Manager.
2. Territory Management
- Manage and grow a defined sales territory by identifying new sales and rental business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a structured territory plan to maximise selling time and reach full territory potential.
3. Rental Business Development
- Grow the rental business within the assigned area and exceed financial and business objectives.
- Generate new rental enquiries through various channels and proactively follow up with prospects.
- Ensure timely, accurate fulfilment of all rental commitments and obligations communicated to customers.
4. Customer Engagement & Enquiries
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries.
- Conduct a minimum KPI of face-to-face customer visits per week to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
5. Customer Satisfaction
- Deliver excellent service to prospective customers by providing timely responses and professional support.
- Prepare and present proposals/solutions, ensuring seamless finalisation of transactions through to delivery.
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant industry experience in MHE, equipment rental, industrial sales, or similar field is an advantage.
- Proven track record of sales success with strong ability to hit targets.
- High energy, motivation, and a proactive attitude toward achieving results.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent presentation skills with confidence in engaging customers.
