URGENT HIRING - CUSTOMER SUCCESS EXECUTIVE

Customer Success Executive (CSE) plays a key role in managing the end-to-end customer order cycle within the indoor sales function. This includes processing customer purchase orders (POs), coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement, and overseeing accurate and prompt customer billing. The CSE is also responsible for nurturing strong client relationships to ensure smooth operations, prevent delays, and proactively address any potential disputes.

Key Responsibilities

Review and process customer purchase orders (POs), ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

Generate and issue POs to suppliers in accordance with internal guidelines.

Monitor and track order status from confirmation through delivery, resolving discrepancies as needed.

Communicate with suppliers to verify lead times, stock availability, and shipment tracking details.

Coordinate with internal logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation.

3. Customer Communication & Issue Resolution

Act as the primary point of contact for order and billing-related inquiries.

Provide proactive updates to customers regarding order delays, backorders, and compliance changes (e.g., export controls).

Escalate technical or quality concerns to appropriate Field Service or technical support teams.

4. Documentation & Compliance

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within ERP (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics BC, SAP, Oracle) and CRM systems.

Ensure all export-controlled transactions comply with relevant regulations, such as EAR and ITAR, for international shipments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hard Skills
✔ 2–5 years of experience in order management and procurement, preferably within the semiconductor or industrial sectors.
✔ Proficient in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics BC, SAP, or Oracle for purchase order and invoice processing.
✔ Strong understanding of Incoterms, export control regulations (e.g., EAR, ITAR), and end-to-end logistics workflows.
✔ Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, for accurate order tracking and reporting.

Soft Skills
✔ Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy—especially in processing POs and invoices.
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly and effectively resolve order, billing, and delivery issues.
✔ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey delays or concerns diplomatically to high-value clients.
