Unit Trust Processing - Processor (Start ASAP)

Join Singapore’s longest established bank as a Processor handling Unit Trust transactions with a focus on accuracy and customer service excellence.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Attend to and ensure prompt and accurate processing of customers’ Unit Trust transaction instructions
• Obtain proper instructions prior to processing
• Collaborate closely with business partners to meet customer requirements
• Ensure timely and proper accounts reconciliation
• Perform documentation and archival of customer instructions, completed transactions, and reports
• Adhere strictly to Bank policies, guidelines, procedures, and operational controls
• Respond promptly to customer feedback for timely resolution
• Work with project teams to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and verification accurately and on time

About you
