Plentisoft Sdn Bhd – Kota Kemuning, Selangor
Responsible for in house user experience research, strategy, and production.
Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with the product team and development team.
Conduct UX research and designing effective UX strategies for in-house web applications.
Participate in market research and analysis activities like persona crafting, user interviews, and users’ data analysis.
Illustrating design ideas using process/methods like wireframes, process flow, and sitemap.
Designing a purposeful and intuitive design system for in-house web applications/products/brands (eg. typography, color palette, and grid system).
Designing intuitive, effective, and development-friendly user interfaces for in house web applications.
Creating original and purposeful graphic designs (eg. illustrations, images to be used in the website)
Developing proof of concepts and prototypes with a prototyping tool.
Prepare and present prototypes to internal teams/key stakeholders.
Conduct iterative improvements to the current app’s user experience based on user feedback or gathered data.
Collaborate and brainstorm with other teammates to turn ideas into reality.
Work together as a team to achieve business goals.
