Job description

Responsible for the user experience (UX) process design of company products, including generating key design solutions from designing experience strategies to UX/UI.

Analyze user feedback, competitor products, and market trends to identify the improvement part.

Create visually appealing and cohesive UI designs, ensuring a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms.

Iterate on prototypes based on management feedback and usability testing sessions, refining the design for optimal user experience.

Plan and conduct usability testing sessions with real users to identify friction points and gather actionable insights.

Design intuitive user flows that guide users through tasks efficiently, and enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements:-

Possess Diploma/Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Equivalent experience may also be considered.

At least 1 year and above UI/UX Designer experience are preferable.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.

Web & mobile responsive frontend development with bootstrap framework, HTML5, CSS, jQuery.

Well versed with design principles and color theories, fonts and layouts.

Experience with information architecture and user flow design.

Abilities in creating responsive designs for web and mobile applications.

Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

Able to complete the date within deadlines.

Motion graphics skills is added advantages.

Good communication and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design goals and ensure smooth implementation.
