Job Overview
Unlike a traditional design role, the Visual Design Strategist position at Xilnex is both challenging and exciting — a place where creativity meets purpose.
You’ll be part of the Xilnex Experience Team, a multidisciplinary group passionate about delivering meaningful experiences through design that not only looks good but feels right.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow beyond being “just a designer” — someone eager to explore how design can drive emotion, perception, and impact at scale. You’ll experiment, create, and refine visuals that define how people experience our brand — from the smallest icon to the most ambitious campaign.
Every project here is a learning journey. You’ll get to stretch your creativity across graphics, motion, and storytelling, explore new tools and techniques, and work with other creative thinkers who challenge norms and raise the bar every day. If you love the idea of crafting design with intent — not just making things look beautiful, but making them matter — this is the playground for you.
