Collaborate with product teams to define user needs and requirements for new features and improvements.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

Design intuitive user interfaces and enjoyable user experiences based on user research and feedback.

Conduct user testing to evaluate and refine design solutions.

Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across various platforms.

Translate user needs and product requirements into interactive wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.

Present design concepts and rationale to Product Owner and iterate based on feedback.

Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of design innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools with Figma (Adobe XD, Sketch, and Invision is a plus).
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Ability to think critically, solve complex design problems, and translate requirements into user-friendly solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or any basic front-end development is a plus.
• Must be willing to work fully on-site in the office (no hybrid or remote arrangement).
• Willing to commit to extended working hours when required to meet project timelines and deliverables.
