Qualifications

• Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
• General working knowledge of Travel Industry and related technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of IATA rules and faring.

Responsibilities

• Handle and track all enquiries and plan itineraries.
• Calculate rates and issue tickets or E-tickets for clients.
• Resolve customer complaints and follow-up on enquiries.
