Job summary

A leading customer service provider seeks a Customer Support Agent to assist a world-famous airline. This role involves resolving customer complaints, managing reservations, and providing professional support. Candidates must be proficient in Korean and preferably in English. You will be serving a world famous airlines/travel agency.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels and acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation.
  • Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications
  • Prioritizing Korean Native
  • Proficient in Korean language
  • Non-native speakers must possess TOPIK Level 5 or above, or
  • Have graduated from a Korean university or majored in Korean language
  • Good English communication will be advantage for this position.
  • Able to relocate to Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Working days: 5 days per week (including weekends & public holiday)

Working hours: Rotational Work Shift (9 Hours Per Day)

자격 요건
  • 한국어 원어민 또는 이에 준하는 수준의 한국어 구사 가능자

  • 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자 우대
  • 말레이시아 근무 가능자
