Job summary

A leading hygiene products company in Klang City is seeking a motivated Transportation Assistant to help manage inbound and outbound operations at their HQ. Responsibilities include managing POD documentation, coordinating logistics with third-party vendors, and providing clerical support. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, be proficient in English and Bahasa, and have experience with MRP/TMS systems. This role offers a dynamic work environment in a major FMCG firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistic/ Transportation.
• At least 1 year working experience preferably in FMCG warehousing or logistics.
• Working knowledge of integrated MRP/ TMS system.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Transport Manager on inbound & outbound operations.
• Manage POD tracking, reporting, and filing.
• Participate in stock count activities.
• Manage sales and trade returns to Mega.
• Verify 3PL and supplier invoices.
• Liaise with 3PL for logistics matters.
• Plan stocks transfer from Mega to warehouses.
• Monitor incoming stock deliveries.
• Liaise with various departments on day-to-day operations.
• Provide general administration and clerical support.
• Compile transport cost savings.
