YOUR ROLE

To support the Transportation Logistics in Day-to-Day Operations.

• Manage Manufacturing plant LMW application and renewal.
• Manage daily transportation logistics operation activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound of finished goods, raw materials, and execution of manufacturing plant Dices.
• Manage equipment, spare parts, and material inbound and outbound of the plant.
• Manage customer urgency shipment execution.
• Review service delivery performance and KPIs with 3rd party logistics providers.
• Manage logistics service KPIs, including cost, service cycle time, quality, and compliance.
• Conduct site audits internally and externally.
• Handle RFQ / tender processes for logistics services, airfreight, and trucking.
• Manage ad-hoc customs exemption applications and approvals.
• Prepare monthly customs reports and handle ad-hoc audits.
• Lead projects related to transportation logistics.
• Establish SOPs and LOPs for transportation logistics processes.
• Supervise and mentor transportation logistics teams.

Your Skills & Experiences

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or equivalent.
• Preferably 5-10 years of experience in supply chain, transportation logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Proficiency with ERP and SAP systems.
• Experience managing Malaysia LMW licenses.
• Knowledge of import and export customs compliance.
• Familiarity with LMW / AEO compliance.
• Project management skills and experience.
• Strong vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
