This full‑time position is based in Gambang Pahang, where you will work closely with management to ensure our staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to upskill employees in all aspects of hospitality operations.
• Identify training needs and design customised sessions to address skill gaps.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training workshops and on‑the‑job coaching.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as needed.
• Maintain training records and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Collaborate with department heads to align training with overall business objectives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in hospitality training.
