Responsible for ensuring all digital content is engaging, accurate, and optimized for both search engines and user experience. Additionally, provides scheduled or ad-hoc training sessions on institutional application usage to internal users.
Job Specifications
- Conduct gap analyses and facilitate engaging workshops, webinars, or one-on-one sessions with users.
- Develop high-quality training materials, such as presentations, participant guides, e-learning modules, and concise job aids.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics, refining designs for ongoing improvement.
- Oversee the content lifecycle on primary digital platforms, ensuring all web copy is written, proofread, and edited for clarity, grammatical accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Confirm that all published content complies with corporate style guides, brand standards, accessibility requirements, and legal obligations.
- Address user requests and inquiries within the established service level agreement timeframes.
- Prepare comprehensive manuals and user guides for core in-house systems and applications in written or video format.
Minimum Academic/Professional Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Computer Science / Information Technology, Communication, English or equivalent qualification in the related field.
- Certification in Training & Development is a plus.
Related Experience
- 3+ years of experience in a role combining training/facilitation and professional content editing/management.
- Previous education industry experience would be a plus.
- Proficiency in a Content Management System (CMS) like WordPress or Drupal.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web design principles.
- Have basic technical knowledge on Microsoft 365 products, e.g., Microsoft Teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Has knowledge in video editing software.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training, adapting to different learning styles.
- Have basic knowledge of information systems concept and terminology.
- Ability to communicate with a wide variety of people verbally and written.
- Strong analytical skills and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.
