A leading health and beauty company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an assistant to support promotion planning and category strategy. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, preferably with 1-2 years of merchandising experience. Candidates should have strong negotiation and communication skills, and be capable of engaging with internal stakeholders effectively. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. To assist Deputy Manager/ Category Manager to prepare weekly, monthly promotion planning & category strategy planning, any administrative duties.
Establish collaborative relationship with other department such as. Marketing or Supply Chain on stock commitment and promotion planning.
Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with our suppliers and ensuring smooth running of operations to achieve total customer satisfaction.
Data entry on listings
Follow up with internal and external parties.
To provide full support to direct and indirect superior.
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Business Management or equivalent within FMCG Health & Beauty Industry.
Preferable with 1-2 years working experience in Merchandising experience will be added advantage.
Strong focus on internal stakeholder engagement within Supply Chain & Marketing Department.
Good negotiation & communication skills, good commercial sense and analytical skills.
Able to work with minimum supervision and handle stress, a team player with good time management skills.
