Job description

Managed customer order received, execute within the lead time by updating to customer on delivery date based on agreed price and term.

Under trading activity, issuing purchase order to supplier (toller/ inter-company) to ensure we able to meet the deadline.

To manage inventory at strategy level for trading product with business team.

Take care of Inter company pricing update with corporation with local FP & A.

Prepare related documentation to customer and custom when needed such as FTA (free trade agreement)

Manage and select competitive 3rd party logistic provider for booking of export & local transportation.

Maintain good contact with customer at all times in relation to their needs for our products and pre-alert to sales department if abnormal requirement.

Process respective customer’s complaints by follow up with inter-dept within time frame.

Process respective customer’s enquiries to relevant person in charge.

Issue Debit/Credit Requisition, Quotation in the absent of Sales personnel, Sales Contract, and perform general administration relating to customer service

To execute and update system master as key stake holder for new product development, change of raw material in order for order processing take place upon customer purchase order received .

Ensure related report and tracking well maintain.

To cover SAP element which assigned within the scope for example -OTS (Main), Cancel Order, Md04 & Zmd04 Checking, Atp Check, Past Element , Block Order Follow Up, Short Lead Time Order, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Claim , Quarterly Check Review Moq, Export Order Fulfillment

Requirements:

Degree in supply chain or business admin with at least 3 years relevant working experiences

Experience in handling logistic/ purchasing of raw material or traded goods are value added.

Possess on analytical skill and positive mindset for improvement on specific task assigned.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to customer inquiries promptly.

Good knowledge in Microsoft office and SAP system
