Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or sales within FMCG or beauty/personal care industries.
- Good written and spoken Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with the ability to build strong relationships with pharmacists, store teams, and retailers.
- Comfortable with frequent travel, state‑to‑state visits and working on weekends or holidays.
- Enjoys hands‑on, on‑ground work: booth setup, store visits, training, and customer engagement.
- Able to work independently, detail‑oriented, and responsible.
- Must possess a valid driving license & personal transport.
Responsibilities
Location: Kota Laksamana, Melaka (Frequent travel required)
Employment Type: Full‑time
Working Hours: Monday–Friday 8.30am–5.00pm, with flexible hours due to on‑ground activations, store visits, and weekend events when required (replacement off‑days provided)
In‑Store Execution & Training
- Provide product training to chain pharmacy or store staff, helping them understand the key features and selling points of the products.
- Perform regular store visits for staff training, check display, stock level, product placement, and shelf visibility.
- Ensure all stores comply with brand’s price or promotion mechanism.
- Build good relationships with pharmacists and store staff to increase recommendation rate.
Roadshows / On‑ground Events
- Travel to various states for roadshows, pop‑ups, and booth activations.
- Handle booth setup, dismantling, and preparation of event materials.
- Represent the brand on‑ground—engage customers, introduce products, and gather feedback.
- Report customer insights and store issues to the team for improvement.
Sales & Marketing Support
- Assist with store requests, such as missing materials, low stock visibility, or display issues.
- Ensure smooth execution after listing.
- Track in‑store performance (visibility, replenishment, sales indicators).
- Manage in‑store promotions, merchandising, and point‑of‑sale (POS) materials to ensure strong brand presence.
