Participate in market research and analyse competitors and market trends.
Ensure the team has made all reservations and are confirmed before the client’s arrival.
Check clients' itineraries and engage with them during their trip.
Participate in all fieldwork, including, but not limited to, travel fairs.

Job Requirements
- We are looking for someone who is fluent in both English and Tamil, as the role requires interacting with Tamil-speaking clients.
- Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
- University diploma/degree, preferably in marketing, tourism management or related majors.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in tourism industry.
- Good communication skills, negotiation skills and customer service awareness.
- Able to achieve sales target independently with strong self‑driven and teamwork spirit.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tour consultants to achieve departmental goals.
- Must be able to travel to Bali a minimum of once a year for a period of 3 weeks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Education: Candidates must possess at least a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level Diploma.
Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday or Sunday: Hybrid working schedules
- Location: Kulim Town
